PLEASE NOTE: To access the OnTheMonee app and an OnTheMonee Card we'll need to already be working with your employer.

You can tell your employer about OnTheMonee by sending them a link to our website here where they can go to learn more and sign up. We can also reach out to your employer for you if you like. To do this follow the below steps:

• Sign up or log into the OnTheMonee App.
• If you try to sign up and we don't work with your employer - complete the employer details form for your boss and we'll get in touch with them.
• If you're an existing app user navigate into your profile, select my employers and tap the + button in the bottom right corner. From here, simply fill in your employers details and we'll get onto them.

You can report your card as Lost or Stolen via the OnTheMonee App within Card Settings. Alternatively, please get in touch with our team immediately if you feel your card has been lost/stolen.

Unfortunately at the moment OnTheMonee is only available to employees that work within participating partner organizations. This means you won't be able to use the OnTheMonee app if we don't work with your employer. To sign your employer up see "my employer doesn't use OnTheMonee"

Your employer can choose to pay tips to staff daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You will be able to see your next tip payment date in the app on the dashboard by swiping across.

You can spend your tips anywhere MasterCard is accepted online and via Apple Pay.

To tap and pay simply follow your devices process to pay:

You can pay with Apple Pay anywhere contactless payments are accepted, with your iPhone or Apple Watch. You will need to authenticate with either Face ID, Touch ID or your device pass code. Make sure you do not share your device pass code with anyone else or let anyone register their face or fingerprint on your device, as that person will be able to make Apple Pay payments and you will be responsible for their use of your card.

When signing up to the OnTheMonee app, we use your personal details provided by your employer. If you notice on sign up that these aren't quite right, please contact your employer to have them changed. After you have signed up to the OnTheMonee App you will be able to update your phone number and email via your profile and navigate into the Personal Details section.

At present we do not support the ability for users to transfer funds on or off their OnTheMonee card. Watch this space!

It's important to note that tips, or gratuities, are taxable according to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Whether your tips are currently paid in cash, into your bank account or onto your OnTheMonee card this will have no change in how you handle your tax affairs, OnTheMonee is not connected to your main bank so it works in exactly the same way cash does from a tax perspective.

The activity section of the OnTheMonee App will show your previous card spend along with your current balance.

You can add your OnTheMonee card to your device wallet by:

• Following the prompts from your device when signing up to the app.
• Selecting the ""card"" icon in the top of the app home screen and following the prompts.

You can request to delete your account within the OnTheMonee app. From here our team can help you to delete your account.

When moving on from an employer, your manager will firstly ensure that you are removed from their OnTheMonee portal and tip pool. This will then update your app to no longer show or receive funds from this employer. You are still able to use the app and your card funds.

You can use Apple Pay in supermarkets, boutique shops and restaurants — and for everything from vending machines to trains. It’s also accepted in selected apps, and on participating websites using Safari on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. You will be able to find your local market page of participating merchants when Apple Pay is live in market at apple.com.

You can use your OnTheMonee Card for online purchases by:

• Selecting the card icon from the top of the home dashboard.
• Viewing your card details in app by tapping on the card, tapping it again will allow you to view the CVV on the back.
• You can then copy your card details out of the app and paste them elsewhere to use for online purchasing.
